Visual Studio IntelliSense Gets Worse Over Time

At first it’s fast. Weeks later, it hesitates.

Why
The language server keeps growing symbol caches for large solutions.

What Helps
Restarting VS is not enough. Clear the ComponentModel cache occasionally.

Result
Faster IntelliSense, lower CPU usage, fewer UI freezes.
